Our Mission

We believe that God's mission for the Evangelical Episcopal Province of St. Peter (CEEC) Is to know Christ and make Him known "to the ends of the earth" (Acts 1:8).

Led and empowered by the Spirit of Christ, we believe that God calls us to flesh out the Good News of Jesus Christ in our personal and corporate lives.

To accomplish this we commit ourselves to:

· Cultivating Christian maturity and spirituality
· Teaching the spiritual disciplines
· Renewing the presence of Christ in local congregations
· Assisting congregations and individuals to discover their spiritual gifts

II. To make Him known to the "ends of the earth" by
· Teaching and doing Evangelism
· Establishing new congregations
· Engaging in short and long term outreach ministries
· Emphasizing ministry to families
· Prioritizing communications of ministry both within the Province and without

III. To enable followers of Christ to respond to His call by
· Establishing a Theological Training Program and Seminary
· Providing Internship Programs
· Encouraging the release of new ministries
· Cultivating Christian Education
· Encouraging congregations and individuals to partnership in mission with
